The exercise programming of your sessions are thoughtfully crafted for your individual needs. Within a session, you will work your stability muscles of your joints and also your larger muscle groups. You will gain strength through your core as you move through flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation of your spine. I take time to focus on neuromuscular training and fascial training within each session. The individualized approach of the personalized sessions will help bring balance to your body and prevent injury as you learn proper biomechanics and gain flexibility. The training you receive will give you a foundation of functional strength for any activity you do in life.
Pilates equipment is amazing for adapting to any individual body type. If you decide to train with me, your sessions will be tailored for your abilities and adjusted each week to help you progress. My training sessions are structured for private and duet sessions, which allows me to focus on each client and ensure safety and progression.
