Foundation Class
Start your Pilates journey with confidence in this introductory class designed to prepare you for group Reformer training. Come and try the Reformer! You will be guided through fundamental techniques, Pilates principles, and safe equipment setup and use.
Completion of the Foundations class is required before joining group Reformer Classes. Participants are welcome to repeat the class up to two times if they would like additional practice or reinforcement.
Level 1 Reformer
This class is perfect for those new to Reformer Pilates, as well as experienced students who want to deepen their practice. Using essential-level exercises, we’ll focus on alignment, breathing, core strength, and efficient movement patterns that help your body function better in everyday life.
While the exercises are foundational, the benefits are anything but basic. Returning to the fundamentals helps develop greater body awareness, improve technique, and create stronger connections throughout the body. Many advanced students find that refining the basics leads to breakthroughs in strength, control, and overall movement quality.
Level 2 Reformer
Take your Reformer practice to the next level with this intermediate class designed for participants who are comfortable with foundational Reformer exercises and equipment setup. Building on the skills learned in Level 1, this class introduces more challenging exercises, increased coordination, greater core control, and dynamic movement patterns. Modifications will be offered, but participants should have prior Reformer experience and the ability to maintain proper alignment throughout class.
Athletic Reformer
Boost your strength, power, and performance with this high-energy Pilates Reformer class designed for active individuals. Using the resistance and versatility of the Reformer, this class combines traditional Pilates principles with athletic-inspired movements to build core strength, improve balance and coordination, increase mobility, and enhance muscular endurance. Expect dynamic, full-body workouts that challenge stability, agility, and control while promoting efficient movement patterns and injury prevention.
Restorative Reformer
Slow down, reconnect, and restore in this gentle Reformer class focused on mindful movement, mobility, and relaxation. Using the support of the Reformer, you'll move through slow, controlled exercises designed to release tension, improve flexibility, enhance posture, and promote overall well-being. Emphasis is placed on breath work, body awareness, and ease of movement rather than intensity or exertion.
Pilates for Men (Bro-lates)
This Reformer class is designed specifically for men. While men are welcome in all of our classes, this class targets the common areas of focus unique to them! Expect a full-body workout that targets areas where many men experience tightness and imbalance, including the hips, shoulders, back, and core. The supportive, male-focused environment makes it easy to learn proper technique, improve performance in sports and daily activities, and reduce the risk of injury.
Active Aging Reformer
Designed specifically for older adults, this welcoming Reformer class focuses on maintaining strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, and confidence in everyday movement. Exercises are tailored to support healthy aging, improve posture, enhance core stability, and promote joint health in a safe and supportive environment. Classes move at a comfortable pace, with individualized modifications offered to accommodate varying fitness levels and physical needs.
Stability Chair & Tower Pilates
Expand your Pilates practice beyond the Reformer in this engaging class featuring the Pilates Stability Chair and Tower. These unique pieces of equipment offer challenges and movement opportunities that simply can't be replicated on the Reformer, helping you build greater strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and body awareness.
This class is best suited for participants who have a foundational understanding of Pilates and Reformer exercises. However, modifications and individualized instruction are provided, making it accessible to anyone interested in exploring Pilates beyond the Reformer.
Pilates Circuit
Get ready for a dynamic, full-body workout that combines the best of Pilates with athletic circuit training. Working in pairs, participants rotate through a series of stations featuring the Reformer, Jump board, Tower, BOSU®, and a variety of props including exercise balls, balance domes, and the Twist Ball. Each station is designed to challenge strength, endurance, balance, coordination, and core control while keeping the workout engaging and energizing.
This class incorporates functional movement, fascial training, and multi-directional exercises to improve mobility, stability, and overall athletic performance. Expect a higher-energy workout that will leave you feeling strong, challenged, and accomplished. Modifications and progressions are provided at every station, making the class accessible to a variety of fitness levels while still offering plenty of challenges for more experienced participants.
