Owner & Instructor
Jennifer Tolman
Jennifer Tolman loves helping people feel stronger, move better, and reconnect with their bodies through Pilates. She especially enjoys helping clients use Pilates to recover from injuries, improve daily function, and build lasting strength and confidence.
She is the owner of Studio 605 Pilates, a welcoming space where people of all ages, abilities, and experience levels can discover the benefits of Pilates, and is fully certified in STOTT Pilates. Her certifications include Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, and Barrels, with additional training in Zenga™, fascial movement, and working with injuries and special populations.
Jennifer is also an Instructor Trainer for the Soma Pilates Method, mentoring future Pilates instructors through a progressive approach that combines anatomy, biomechanics, and sensory awareness. Soma Pilates Method teaches clients to do more than simply performing an exercise. This method helps clients develop a deeper understanding of how their bodies move, creating lasting improvements in strength, balance, coordination, and everyday function.
Jennifer also serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Idaho State University where she teaches Beginning and Intermediate Matwork and works with college athletes.
She is especially passionate about making high-quality Pilates accessible to the Pocatello community through both private instruction and group reformer classes. Her teaching style emphasizes individualized attention, thoughtful progression, and helping each client build a strong foundation for lifelong movement and wellness.
When she’s not in the studio, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking Idaho’s beautiful outdoors, and quilting.
